David is a proven and aggressive trial attorney with more than 40 years of legal experience. His years as a trial attorney and insurance defense lawyer have given him extensive experience in all aspects of trial work. His cases have included personal injury and property damage cases, products liability, toxic tort defense, pharmaceutical, contract, and real estate litigation. David knows how to effectively prepare and try cases but is focused on resolving them prior to trial whenever possible. He is licensed in Texas and Louisiana and has tried lawsuits in the state and federal courts of both states.
