PRACTICE OVERVIEW

Luke Davis has been a Texas litigator since 1983. He has represented a variety of clients in commercial litigation and insurance defense matters across Texas in state and federal courts. Luke is adept in all aspects of litigation – pleadings, discovery, motion practice, expert witnesses, mediations, trials, and appeals. His insurance defense work has focused on trucking litigation, premises liability claims, and construction defects and accidents.

His reported cases include obtaining a reversal of award of lost profit damages; obtaining appellate court judgment that the client was not subject to Texas Open Records; affirmed a summary judgment with no evidence of Plaintiff’s alleged damages; and affirmed striking plaintiff’s medical experts and granting summary judgment. Luke knows his way around a case which results in the best outcome for our clients.
