Practice Overview
Olga Panchenko is a trial attorney who is client-focused and results-driven. She strives to work with her clients on developing a case strategy that best meets the needs of her clients and focuses on maintaining effective and regular communication throughout the various phases of the litigation process. Olga has over a decade of courtroom experience and over eight years of experience working for a leading global insurance carrier as an in-house Trial Attorney. Olga’s current practice focuses on various legal issues associated with transportation and trucking accidents, automobile accidents, premises liability, construction defect, and product liability cases involving personal injuries, property damage, and wrongful death. Olga is experienced with all aspects of written discovery, taking and defending depositions of parties, witnesses and expert witnesses, motion drafting an oral argument, mediation and settlement negotiation, summary judgments, and bench trial and jury trial as first and second chair.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Olga spent two years working as a Paralegal at the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division in Dallas, Texas. This experience greatly influenced her desire to become a litigator. Olga also has prior experience in mortgage litigation, landlord/tenant litigation, and employment discrimination complaints investigations and consulting.
