Experience

Kathi Kluna is a seasoned paralegal with over 30 years of legal experience. Based in her native city –  Houston, Texas, she specializes in complex business litigation, construction defect, premises liability, wrongful death, personal injury, and insurance defense, as well as heavy trial experience in both State and Federal cases. Kathi has performed legal work for the Plaintiff and Defendant side of cases which has given her a great insight as to how both sides think. Kathi’s strong work ethics is reflected in her work productivity and attitude,  helping out wherever needed to get the job done for clients. When not serving clients, Kathi enjoys “solo camping” pulling her travel trailer all over Texas spending time with her 2 boxer dogs, Frankie and Joleen, enjoying her time amongst nature in the woods near lakes, rivers, and streams.  Kathi has a passion for cooking and gardening, which she considers the ultimate stress reliever” and truly cherishes her time spent with her greatest blessings- her son, daughter, 4 grandsons and now blessed even further with 2 great grandchildren.
