In nine years of practicing law, Charlie has focused on civil litigation, specifically transportation and general tort litigation. His civil litigation experience includes first, second, and third chair jury trials, deposing expert, party, corporate representative, and fact witnesses, general and dispositive motion practice, appellate briefing, oral argument in state and federal district and appellate courts, extensive client interaction, and, of course, answering discovery.
