Sarah S. Schuller is a senior associate attorney whose practice primarily focuses on commercial automobile, premises liability, products liability, and construction accident cases involving personal injuries, property damage, and wrongful death. Specifically, Ms. Schuller has experience defending long-haul truck drivers and trucking companies in cases involving compliance with both DOT and FMCSA regulations, as well as property owners in a wide range of premises liability and construction defect claims.

On behalf of her clients, Ms. Schuller has successfully litigated cases through trial, argued and obtained favorable court rulings on discovery and pre-trial matters, and deposed expert and fact witnesses over a wide range of topics.

Prior to defending cases on behalf of clients, Ms. Schuller worked for a personal injury firm where she represented clients involved in motor vehicle accidents and contract disputes. While there, Ms. Schuller successfully litigated several multi-million-dollar ERISA claims brought on behalf of ambulatory surgical centers within the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
