Experience

Kathleen Miele is a dedicated and seasoned civil litigation and insurance defense paralegal with over 20 years of legal experience in personal injury, labor and employment, and contract disputes in both State and Federal cases. Kathleen has performed legal work for both the Plaintiff and Defendant sides of cases, giving her strategic insight into both perspectives.  When not serving clients, Kathleen can be found in one of Texas’s many state and national parks, experiencing life one adventure at a time.
