Practice Overview
Craig has decades of experience litigating complex personal injury cases and over seventy-five trials to verdict. He has litigated professional liability, construction liability, commercial trucking, premises liability, MVA, business and commercial disputes and class action cases in both State and Federal Courts. Craig served as Chief Counsel to the Pennsylvania MCare fund, a state agency within the Pennsylvania Insurance Department providing statutory excess coverage for health care providers. He served as an Assistant United States Attorney defending the United States in actions brought under the Tort Claims Act and has prosecuted actions on behalf of the United States under the False Claims and Stark Acts. Craig is licensed in Texas and Pennsylvania.
