Practice Overview

Terry Linehan is an experienced trial attorney who specializes in civil litigation. She began her career as an Assistant Attorney General representing the State of Texas.  Terry was the first Assistant Attorney General to introduce Mediation with the State of Texas as a party, and successfully resolved this first highly contentious, multi-year litigation case in mediation.  She has defended thousands of cases and tried defense cases to successful jury verdicts.  She has been involved in business and commercial litigation, including wrongful death, catastrophic loss, mass tort litigation, high exposure medical malpractice cases, products liability, premises liability, MVA, and other civil litigation matters.

Ms. Linehan is an experienced negotiator who prides herself with bringing civility and zealous advocacy to the negotiation table with a strategic focus on favorable outcomes for her clients.
