Howard W. Gaddis, Jr. brings more than 25 years of legal experience to his role as Partner at Cox PLLC. Prior to earning his law degree, he spent over 15 years with a civil engineering firm in San Antonio, Texas, where he developed a strong foundation in engineering principles. His legal practice focuses on defending complex litigation matters, including insurance coverage disputes, bad faith claims, bodily injury, premises liability, and dram shop liability. Drawing on his engineering background, Howard offers specialized legal counsel to engineering and design professionals, as well as clients in the construction industry. He also advises on risk management and the legal implications of operations within the insurance and construction sectors.
