Howard W. Gaddis, Jr. brings more than 25 years of legal experience to his role as Partner at Cox PLLC. Prior to earning his law degree, he spent over 15 years with a civil engineering firm in San Antonio, Texas, where he developed a strong foundation in engineering principles.
