Practice Overview

Robyn Wise is a civil litigation and insurance defense attorney licensed in Texas.  Her practice focuses primarily on commercial motor vehicle accidents, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dram shop, personal injury and other complex legal matters.  Robyn has more than two decades of extensive litigation experience defending high-exposure cases arising out of commercial motor vehicle collisions, as well as catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and dram shop claims. 

Robyn has extensive experience defending clients in both state and federal courts, from pre-suit investigation and risk assessment through trial and appeal.  Robyn regularly represents individuals,  insurance carriers, family-owned business, third-party administrators and large corporations across a wide variety of industries, including but not limited to trucking companies, grocery stores, malls, hotels, janitorial businesses and fitness clubs.

Notable results include a defense verdict of a rear-end collision involving a commercial motor vehicle and numerous summary judgments in both state and federal court.  

In her free time, Robyn enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their two children.
