Practice Overview

A native of Irving, Texas, Drew attended the University of Tulsa on a football scholarship where he obtained a business degree and further graduated from law school with highest honor. Drew’s candidacy paper in the school’s flagship law journal Tulsa Law Review was also one of four student papers published from his graduating class. Following graduation from law school, Drew did a two-year "tour" in the public defender's office where the cases were tough, fast paced, and unpredictable. Since then, Drew's practice has focused on state and federal civil litigation.

Drew regularly represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of first and third-party claims ranging from auto negligence, premises liability, products liability, and offers practical insight to help clients manage their risk. Drew further provides Rapid Response services to clients involved in serious commercial motor vehicle or workplace accidents to protect the investigation and gather necessary information in anticipation of litigation. As a former public defender, college athlete, and someone who is not afraid of a challenge, Drew strives in going the extra mile to obtain extraordinary results for his clients. Drew is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas and Oklahoma. In 2017, he was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine – an award which recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. Drew has tried dozens of cases to verdict and serves as an active speaker on defense-based issues for clients in both Texas and Oklahoma. In his free time Drew enjoys being with his wife and two daughters, exploring the great outdoors, watching college football, and serving his community through various outreach efforts.
