Stephanie has over 17 years of experience as a Paralegal Consultant and Managing Paralegal in the litigation and corporate world. She has been involved with cases from inception to completion that include, but are not limited to, personal injury, construction, premises liability and transportation. Her corporate experience involved entity formations, divestitures, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, board resolutions, contract management, C-suite Executive corporate management and more.
