PRACTICE OVERVIEW

Erika M. Laremont joined Cox P.L.L.C. in 2023. With over 20 years of litigation experience, Erika focuses her litigation practice on defending large and small commercial trucking companies, apartment complexes, retail business, car dealerships, product manufacturers and sellers, attorneys, realtors and other business entities and individuals in complex cases in state and federal courts throughout the State of Texas. She has litigated and settled challenging disputes that involve claims of negligence, gross negligence, professional malpractice, premises liability, product defects, errors and omissions, fraud, and deceptive trade practices. Erika also provides advice and counsel to clients in business, professional liability, employment, and D&O-related litigation matters.

Erika is committed to maintaining a high level of communication with all of her clients to understand not only their goals and concerns but to advise them of every step of the litigation process, from the pre-suit investigation though resolution.
