David focuses on civil litigation throughout the state of Texas, representing Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals. He assists them in navigating uncertainty and finding solutions in a wide variety of matters, including catastrophic personal injuries, premises liability, products liability, business torts, and construction defects. Prior to joining Cox, P.L.L.C., David handled litigation as a Plaintiff personal injury attorney and as defense counsel for various national carriers.
