PRACTICE OVERVIEW

Jeremy A. Bazile has over a decade of civil litigation experience handling matters in personal injury, insurance defense, premises liability, and worker’s compensation. Jeremy began his legal career as a plaintiff’s attorney in Louisiana where he was born and raised before he moved to Texas and began practicing as a defense attorney in 2021. Jeremy currently represents insurance companies in complex legal matters where he advises carriers on insurance coverage opinions and serves as lead counsel in a variety of insurance defense cases.

As a skilled litigator with multijurisdictional experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides, Jeremy utilizes this diverse skillset to vigorously represent his clients in lawsuits, court appearances, mediations, and jury trials throughout Southwest Texas. Jeremy is also recognized nationwide for being the recipient of several legal and civic awards, including the Marquis’ Who’s Who Top Lawyers Award for the State of Texas, the Top 40 Under 40 Acadiana Leadership Award, and the Honorable Michaelle Pitard Wynne Professionalism Award from the Louisiana State Bar Association.
