Joseph has over 20 years of general civil defense experience, covering a wide variety of areas that include transportation, constitutional law, police liability, road hazards, bad faith claims, and civil rights claims. Over the years, he has first chaired many trials, including the appellate level, in all state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
