Experience

Joseph has spent his legal career in the areas of premise liability, construction defects, third-party insurance defense, and coverage analysis. His coverage experience has included advising insurers in complex coverage matters arising out of commercial general liability, excess insurance, and errors and omissions policies. Joseph attended Texas A&M University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then attended South Texas College of Law Houston, where he earned his law degree. While in law school, Joseph served as an officer on the Board of Advocates and competed in numerous appellate advocacy tournaments where he won best brief honors. Additionally, Joseph clerked for Disability Rights Texas and was a student attorney for the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.
