Currently, she primarily focuses on navigating the complexities of insurance coverage law, bringing her extensive civil litigation experience to provide her clients with unparalleled insight and advocacy in insurance-related disputes and policy interpretation.

As a former Partner at a well-respected Dallas full-service law firm, Lindsey excelled in complex commercial litigation, employment-related claims, contract formation, and disputes, making successful arguments in both federal and state courts. This role was further enhanced by her extensive litigation expertise, including serving as national counsel for Fortune 100 companies in over 25 states, where she adeptly defended personal injury lawsuits.

Lindsey’s commitment to her clients is unwavering, driven by a passion to leverage evolving technology and legal developments to secure every possible advantage for them. Beyond her legal practice, Lindsey enriches the legal community as an educator, teaching Contracts and Torts at Southern Methodist University’s paralegal studies program.
