Mariam Shakir is a member of the Texas and New York State bars. Mariam has nearly a decade of experience in civil litigation, including areas of insurance defense, civil rights, personal injury, premises liability, family law, as well as defense of municipalities for matters involving police misconduct. Her practice now focuses on insurance coverage, including coverage litigation. Mariam handles cases in both federal and state courts. She prioritizes zealous and efficient representation of her clients, and tailors her approach to each case in accordance with the goals of her clients.
