Practice Overview

Michael White is an insurance defense attorney with nearly a decade of litigation experience. His practice primarily focuses on personal injury, automobile accidents, premises liability, and bad faith, while also handling a broad array of civil litigation matters. Prior to joining Cox P.L.L.C., Michael began his career in Wisconsin, handling hundreds of criminal cases on behalf of both the State as well as individual defendants. Upon relocating to Texas in 2019, Michael worked in-house for USAA handling first-party property claims on their storm damage docket before moving on to a private firm, where he handled a large personal injury docket on behalf of insurers, individual defendants, and corporate defendants.
