Nathan Shackelford has over 14 years of experience in litigation, specializing in dram shop and liquor related defense for the past 10 years. He has prevailed on various issues in appellate court, and on summary judgement, among other many successes. Nathan has worked both the Plaintiff and Defense side of the aisle, providing a broad spectrum of all issues. Further, Nathan has been called upon to teach continuing education courses to insurance companies on dram shop cases.
