EXPERIENCE:

Sarah Schuller has primarily focused on commercial automobile, construction accident cases, premises and product liability, property damage, and wrongful death. Specifically, Sarah has experience defending long-haul truck drivers and trucking companies in cases involving compliance with both DOT and FMCSA regulations, as well as property owners in a wide range of premises liability and construction defect claims. Prior to defending cases on behalf of clients, she worked for a personal injury firm where she represented clients involved in motor vehicle accidents and contract disputes. While there, Sarah successfully litigated several multi-million-dollar ERISA claims brought on behalf of ambulatory surgical centers within the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
