Practice Overview

Scott focuses his practice on a variety of civil litigation matters. He has represented clients in matters involving personal injury, commercial motor vehicles, and premises liability. Prior to joining Cox. P.L.L.C. Scott began his career practicing all forms of insurance defense to include construction defects and underinsured/uninsured claims. We are proud to say that he is also a U.S. Army veteran.
