Emma L. Jennings is an experienced litigation attorney who specializes in personal injury, insurance defense, catastrophic loss, and general liability. Emma began her legal career as a prosecutor in Del Rio, Texas, where she gained invaluable courtroom experience before moving to Houston to begin practicing as a civil defense attorney in 2022. Emma is skilled at guiding clients through complex legal issues and takes pride in providing excellent, confident support to her clients as they navigate legal challenges. Emma’s current practice consists of third-party personal injury defense, first-party defense, trucking and transportation litigation, premises liability, dram shop and liquor liability, products liability, and professional liability.

Emma has a passion for pro bono work, and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her chocolate lab, Obi, baking, and traveling.
