Practice Overview
C. B. Moore is a partner in the firm’s Tulsa office and a native Oklahoman who has spent his career in this state’s trial courts. He defends insurers, motor carriers, and their insureds in catastrophic injury and wrongful death, trucking and transportation, premises liability, and insurance coverage and bad faith matters. Mr. Moore evaluates exposure early, manages his files with discipline, and is prepared to try the cases that should be tried. Drawing on experience on both sides of the docket, he has conducted numerous trials and obtained favorable settlements and verdicts for his clients. He and his wife, Maris, live in Norman.
