John Lynd is an attorney based in the Houston office with over 30 plus years of trial and appellate experience. His practice covers a broad range of civil disputes involving personal injury/insurance defense including commercial/trucking, premises liability, workplace accidents, construction,  professional liability (architects and engineers) and products liability [among others]. John has handled and tried cases in both state and federal court and arbitration proceedings and appeals before the First and Fourteenth Courts of Appeal in Texas and the Fifth Circuit.
