Brent brings over a decade of extensive litigation experience advising clients and defending major commercial transportation accidents, personal injury claims, and construction defects. His experience spans over personal injury, premises liability, product liability, commercial transportation, construction law, deceptive trade practices, real property, breach of contract, business torts, entity formation and asset structuring, and land transactions. Brent has represented clients from small family-owned businesses to large national corporations and has managed numerous multi-million dollar claims through successful resolution and/or trial.
