David T. Fletcher brings more than 14 years of legal experience to his role as Partner at Cox P.L.L.C. David is bilingual as he was born and raised in Lima, Peru where his parents were long term missionaries. Prior to earning his law degree, he was a Police Officer in Springfield, MO and was an over the road truck driver. While working as an attorney he has responded to 100’s of commercial and non-commercial accident scenes and conducted 100’s of accident investigations. While practicing law he completed course work in Accident Reconstruction and continues to expand his technical skills in accident investigation and analysis. His legal practice focuses on commercial vehicle accident liability defense, commercial transportation, bodily injury, premises liability, and products liability.
