TEXAS SUPREME COURT RECOGNIZES EXCEPTION TO 8-CORNERS RULE
The Texas Supreme Court issued the much-anticipated opinion in Monroe Guar. Ins. Co. v. BITCO Gen. Ins. Corp. (attached), recognizing an exception to the eight corners rule.
